I know I won't have much sympathy from many of you since most of you work all year long, but the countdown of me going back to work is very short--less than a week! I go back to work on Monday....yes, I am excited to get back into the swing of things; having a schedule for both me and Logan; as well as interacting with other adults (sometimes), but overall I am having a hard time believing my summer is gone. I've just enjoyed this summer so much with Logan; spending lots of time with him and watching him grow up way too fast (he's saying more and more, and is very curious about knowing what everything is).
I know he will be fine at daycare--he loves it there. Logan will just be thrilled to see all of his friends again, as well as actually getting to play with other kids besides me. It's just a mommy thing, having to leave your child with someone else when really I would just love to stay at home with him. Maybe down the road I can con Jer into letting me stay home with him part-time when he goes to kindergarten.....hmmmmm.....
