let the construction begin!

Monday morning the construction began on our new addtion to the house! Even though there is an enormous amount of mess and noise to go with the project, it will be well worth it in the end! I can't wait to have the finished product! It is going to be SOOOOO nice to finally have this extra room and space that we have well-deserved and needed! Logan is very excited to have all these excavators and front loaders in the yard. The noise was a little scary at first, but now he needs to know what is going on all the time. Making sure they are doing a good job:)

Thank goodness that the concrete for the footings was poured on sunny days! Here are a few photos of what we have going on so far this week.
