Christmas Day

Christmas morning is spent with Jeremy's family. So that morning we packed up our things from Christmas Eve with my family, and headed over to his side. Our day is packed full of more food and presents.
When we got there we quickly showered and cleaned up just as Chris, Dawn and the kids were arriving. We start out with opening up our presents from Santa. Santa was a busy guy this year! After that we eat a big brunch. Once we are nice and full, and the dishes are all done, we open up the remainder presents. Logan's big present this year was getting a bike from Grandma and Grandpa H. I think Jeremy was more excited about it than Logan. Logan kept saying "whoa" or "wow," so I guess they were both pretty pumped about the bike.

After we've opened all the presents, we just sat around and watched the kids play with their new toys. It was so nice to see that Logan could go off and play with his cousins Drew and Mallory without having to be by Jeremy or I.
The remainder of the week was spending time with both families. We stayed with Jeremy's parents, but had time to hang out with my family. It's nice to have everyone in the same town. It makes things so much easier, and we also get to spend more time there too. The hard part is leaving back to MN.
