this morning logan, bennet and i met jess, trevor and ali at moa park. logan refers to it as 'the rides place'. trevor and logan are now at the right height where they both can start going on some of the rides by themselves. we love it--but then it's also sad because that means that our little boys are now starting to grow up too fast for us. the two of them together are just hilarious. they get along so well, and are so alike in nature, that they really don't need much redirecting. except when logan gets really excited about the rides, his name seems to be mentioned A LOT. at least he has fun and means well. i would be excited too if i was 3 and got to go on all these big kid rides.
jess and i took turns on a few rides that they needed an adult to go on. not sure if i like some of those, but as long as the kiddos are having fun and i can get the bar over my legs, count me in. i might feel sick afterwards too, but i guess that's part of the package when you are suckered in.
poor bennet and ali just get to sit in their strollers and watch the big brothers have all the fun. however, we are pretty lucky moms. those two little babies of ours are the easist and most mellow babies. ali just slept the entire time while bennet stared in awe over these big and loud rides. gotta love it now while we can. in a year it will be much different!
