Here is his room.

To catch you all up on this project, we are adding a two-level addition to the back of our house. the upper level will be a master bed & bath; a new hallway entering our room; and Logan getting our old room, which was pushed out about 3 feet to create our new hallway. The level underneath will be another garage space for all of the boys' toys, as well as a little 'man cave' for Jeremy. It will be pretty nice since those of you who have seen our garage, it's full of stuff!
Last week the sheet rockers were suppose to start on Monday afternoon. It was then pushed to Tuesday afternoon. When that didn't happen either, and Wednesday morning came but no workers, I find out that the sheet rock was going to be delivered that morning (of course, in the pouring rain). This enormous truck had to pull up in our driveway and onto the side of our house to lift the drywall into the house through Logan's window, which had to be taken out...again. It was pretty neat to watch, but just another rut in our yard. I think repairing our yard will be just as hard as enduring this project. But they are all rewards in the end....at least this is what I keep telling myself. After the drywall was in, the contractor informs me that they will not start now until Thursday due to all this rain we've had. Not sure how the rain can dampen someone putting in sheetrock, but apparently it can. Needless to say, we lost 3 more days of work being done and we are now going to add 3 more days onto this project. I'm still hoping for the end of the month.
Even though they lost those days, they worked pretty fast. Two guys installed all the sheetrock in 2 days! They were booking it. That included the garage, the ceiling in the garage in 2 areas, Logan's room, the new hallway, our room and the bathroom! The main guy started taping on Friday morning and almost finished the first coat. I'm hoping that he will get it all done by Wednesday next week. That is the "projected" time frame. Let's see if it happens:) ha!
Here are some pictures of the new spaces:
This is our closet wall (his & her closet--more like mine and 1/2 of mine--i will share 1/2 of one with Jeremy :)

This is another part of our room (the main area I guess).

This is me looking at the entryway into our bath.

I will post more when things get further along. It's hard to take pictures when everything is so stark white. We are hoping to have the ceiling done and the walls painted by Friday. Another projection:)
